We will be sponsoring a pre-conference session for the airline industry on Tuesday, September 8, in conjunction with the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

The workshop will feature Andrew Price, IATA, who will review the organization’s progress with baggage tracking initiatives in 2020, and several airlines who will share their experiences with implementing baggage tracking technologies.

Additional sessions will help airlines learn how to select and deploy RFID and IoT technologies and solutions to enhance customer service and improve the travel experience.
