U.S. Customs and Border Protection monitors arriving travelers, enhancing security 

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the largest federal law enforcement agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the country’s primary border control organization. CBP sought a system to monitor travelers within U.S. airports as they arrived at customs and transited through screening areas.

RFID Global deployed Visi-Trac to monitor traveler’s movements. The system provides a variety of alerts as travelers move through designated zones to prevent the bypass of secondary screening areas. This provides CBP with automated visual tools and eliminates the requirement to dedicate personnel to escort travelers in order to ensure their location.
